Products
With regard to the work we offer, the following applies: all our products come with a complete description and true image so you can make the right choice. Because the works of art are made by hand, small differences may occur as they are characteristic of the artisanal production. This also means that each work of art has its own touch.
The order
When you order something from us you will always receive a confirmation from us. We are responsible for providing a well-secured web environment, so that you can pay online without any worries.
Privacy
Privacy is very important to us, your data will only be used to ensure that your order runs smoothly.
Return policy
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day of receipt. We are of course curious about your reason, and would like to hear from you if we can improve something. However, you are not obliged to give a reason. This right of withdrawal is subject to a number of conditions:
- The right applies as long as you handle the product and packaging with care during the cooling-off period. As long as you unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the product, nothing can go wrong.
- If you decide to return the product during the cooling-off period, please notify us by e-mail. Then you send the product back, the shipping costs and insurance for your return are for your own account. As soon as we have received the product without damage, you will receive the payment back.
- The above explicitly does not apply to custom-made products and orders.
For deliveries outside the EU, the following applies: if a package has arrived damaged at your delivery address, you have to complete a damage report, available at any local post office. If you send us this report with the pictures of the damaged parcel we can proceed a replacement or refund of the order.
Delivery
With regard to delivery, we are responsible for the following: we take the greatest possible care for the receipt and dispatch of products. We are liable for damage and/or loss of products during transport up to the moment of delivery to the consumer. The place of delivery is the address that you have made known to us. Your phone number added to the order may be helpful for postal delivery.
Usually orders are shipped on every Monday.
Payment
When you order a product on invoice, you must pay the amount due within 14 days after the reflection period starts. If this is not done within this 14-day period, you owe the statutory interest, and we are entitled to charge you for the collection costs incurred by us. If you have made a mistake in stating your payment details, it is important that you indicate this as soon as possible.
Complaints procedure
If you have any comments or suggestions about our products, our website or our service, we would love to hear from you! The sooner you share a complaint with us, the better, since the progress of the order and the circumstances are still well in mind. As soon as you send our message, we will respond to this within 14 days, after which we have a maximum of four weeks to discuss internally for a solution.
We always appreciate a review or reaction to the work after receipt.
