With regard to the work we offer, the following applies: all our products come with a complete description and true image so that you can make the right choice. Because the prints are made by hand, minor differences may occur. This means that each print has something unique.
The order
When you order something from us you will always receive a confirmation from us. As long as we have not confirmed your request, you have the right to cancel the agreement. In addition, we are responsible for providing a well-secured web environment, so that you can pay online without worries.
Privacy
we think privacy is very important. Your data will only be processed to enable the sending of your order.
Returns
You can ask within 14 days after the day of receiving the artwork whether you can exchange a product for another product. Shipping costs for return are for your own account and you also pay the shipping costs for sending the replacement product. You can of course always make an appointment to come and exchange the product in person.
This option applies as long as you handle the product and packaging with care during this period of 14 days. As long as you unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, nothing can go wrong. The condition for exchange is that the work is carefully packed and returned and that it reaches us undamaged. If this is not the case, an exchange is not possible.
If it concerns a work that was commissioned for you, the above does not apply.
Delivery
With regard to delivery, we are responsible for the following: we take the greatest possible care for the receipt and dispatch of products. We are liable for damage and/or loss of products up to the moment of delivery to the consumer. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to us.
Complaints procedure
If you have any comments or suggestions about our products, our website or our service, we would love to hear from you! The sooner you share a complaint with us, the better, since the progress of the order and the circumstances are still well in mind. As soon as you have sent us a message with your complaint, we will respond within a period of 14 days, after which we have a maximum of four weeks for internal consultation for a solution.
