“Wings. where bees and angels hum, I hum too.”
The work explores humming as a simple, almost unnoticed gesture that creates a sense of connection and presence. A vibration that moves through the body, gently shifting attention inward and opening space for calm, clarity, and lightness.
Rooted in the resonance of voice and sound, the piece reflects how subtle actions can influence emotional balance and a felt sense of grounding.
A poetic reminder to pause, listen, and let a softer rhythm emerge.
Ideal for spaces of reflection, such as a meditation corner, studio, or any environment that welcomes stillness and focus.
Hum a little more!
loktapapier
Lokta paper is a unique, handmade paper from Nepal, crafted from the inner bark of the Lokta plant, which grows in the Himalayan highlands. This ancient material is deeply rooted in Nepali culture and is valued for its natural beauty, strength, and sustainability. Unlike machine-made paper, Lokta paper is 100% natural, unbleached, and often decorated by hand with prints or painted designs.
The production process is entirely manual and environmentally friendly. The bark is carefully harvested without harming the plant, allowing it to regenerate. It is then boiled, processed into pulp, spread into sheets, and dried in the sun before being colored or decorated.
Thanks to its durability, tear resistance, and natural insect-repellent qualities, Lokta paper is both practical and eco-conscious—making it increasingly popular worldwide as a sustainable alternative to mass-produced paper.
